Add-on removed without authorization
AT&T without my authorization removed my messaging Add-on from automatic monthly renewal the day it was supposed to auto-renew.
This resulted in the forfeiture of all remaining messages, and in per message charges.
They have done this several times over the last few years, but this time I have the screen shots to prove it.
The bad part is that there is no customer service number to address this issue.

I assume you're asking for a customer service number. Of course there is a number.
It is probably in your phone contact list under AT&T service.
It is also listed at the bottom of this web page under the link labeled 'contact us'.
And if neither of these managed to click, it's 611, dialed from your mobile.
