Add reserve money to account now

Is there not a way I can take the money in my account and instead of waiting out the whole month just start my new month whenever I want to

You can change your plan at any time to restart a 30-day service period, even if you select the same plan.

You have to actually select change plan.  Then confirm.

You should also see a warning on the page which tells you that if you change your plan before your renewal date you will lose the plan you already have and have to pay for the new plan.
