Activating a Prepaid sim on an existing account

I try to enter the new SIM number but i get this error - Error-

We seem to be experiencing system issues. Please try again later.

I have tired for several days now and it is not working. I cannot get through over the phone. This is a replacement sim

You must call to activate the SIM card with an existing number. If you activate online, you will get a new number.

i already have a number. There is a section on the site which states replace sim.

I cannot can through over the phone.
