You can’t. It’s not on this website. Prepaid must call for the account number. If you can log into your account through att.com using your email address rather than your phone number, supposedly you can see the account number on that page but otherwise, you need to call.
@Alishasivey if you login via www.att.com to your prepaid account, presuming you have configured it that way, you can see your account number on the same page.
It shows:
My Services
Wireless account xxxxxxx
ATT Prepaid plan.
There is a manage button there which can then take you to paygoonline.com.
