Account History Error Message: Unavailable
This past September, I contacted AT&T to request that my account be changed to AT&T PREPAID to sign-up for the $25/m ($300 one-time payment) plan. To this day, I still don’t have access to my account history logs, such as phone calls, etc. I receive an error message, and of course because of the extremely limited support and contact with higher tiers in the company, I haven’t received an answer or solution. My current theory is that maybe it won’t process my account history until the full year has lapsed, but even that still doesn’t seem right.

Are you sure you were even changed to prepaid? The $300 promotion is for new lines only. Moving an existing line from postpaid to prepaid probably does not qualify as a new line.
