Account has been disconnected
Hi there,
I have been out of the country since May this year, and I stopped my prepaid online at that time. I tried to log in online now, but it said " Error! The account has been disconnected." What should I do? Is my phone number canceled? I wonder can I use my number again when I am back in the US?

Yes, your number is cancelled. No, you can’t use it when you return. A prepaid account is automatically closed if the account is $0 for more than 60 days. You will need to open a new account with a new SIM card and new number.
