Accessing my account from overseas

Hello, I'm currently overseas and realized that I forgot to suspend my prepaid account and saw that I have been charged for the past few months? I've been trying to access my account so I this doesn't happen again, but my browser won't let me. How can I solve this problem? Thanks.

call the international number or cancell the card that the account is associated. you cannot access your account from outside the US
