Access code USIM9991 and now other troubles.

I have an IPad mini 6th generation. Just bought / upgraded 2/16/22. ATT data plan worked until recently. Invalid Access code USIM9991 when I tried to manage plan or prepay for additional data. Eventually ran out of data. Tried to add more prepaid data through the website login, paid and waited. Took my money but my iPad never received the additional data for the 2 month period, after receiving an email verification. Resetting network connections didn’t work nor starting over deleting the old account and starting again with a new plan. Before I reset to Verizon account, any suggestions?  I like the ATT pay as you go plans.

I'm having the same issue for a grandfathered Session Based account that can't be changed or you lose it. Just out of the blue AT&T sent a message stating that the automatic payment failed to go through and when you click on Manage AT&T Account on the iPad, I get the following error "Invalid Access. Please close the page and reopen View Account (USIM9991)". After several hours at the AT&T store, they said they didn't know how to help us or fix this. They gave us several numbers to call, all of which not a single agent could help either. AT&T cannot direct me to anyone that can help with this error on the iPad (6th generation). It's also not a 3G issue since the iPad is 4G, so has nothing to do with the 3G shutdown. I'm hoping someone on this forum has had a successful solution to this problem since contacting AT&T directly has not solved this issue.

Update:

I was able to resolve my issue by calling 1-800-288-2020 and finally talked to a tech who was aware of the error message on the iPad that people are getting. He was able to help me get the payment to go through and I now have cellular data again. I still get the error message on the iPad, so it can't be renewed on the iPad until AT&T fixes the issue.

   Trying to manage my AT&T Cellular Data Plan for my iPad (6 gen, 4G)… Keep getting message and screen that says “Invalid Access” … I have had this Cellular Data Plan for some time now and use it regularly but suddenly I can not access and manage it… 

   Recommendations ?????
