Logging into your link in "log in as an existing customer" I get the message "You cannot manage your iPad device at this site".

What would you suggest?

We want to help process these changes for you, @rilopezgo

Is your service postpaid or session-based? (prepaid) Sharing this will let us know what the next steps would be for you.

If you have the Prepaid DataConnect Pass plan, please try signing in to your account from another device and follow the steps listed below:

  • From the Account Overview page, select Cancel Plan.
  • Follow the prompts to cancel plan. If canceling auto renew:
    • Selecting Cancel Auto Renew will deactivate auto renew and the account is cancelled after 60-days of inactivity.
    • Selecting Cancel Plan/Account Now will immediately cancel the account and any remaining data will be lost.

For more information, check out our support page on managing your data only plan

Looking forward to helping you through this!

I continue to have this same problem. I am getting fed up with AT&T!  I have prepaid cellular data on this ipad every 3 months though settings-cellular data-manage at&t account, but ow I keep getting the same “invalid access” message.  You have a problem with your system, not our ipads or sim cards.

Yes. I am able to log in from my pc.

The ipad log on has been a problem for at least 2 or 3 weeks. This is an issue if I am traveling an my pc is not available.
