$ 2 daily plan , customer have to renew every monthly paying $ 2 monthly , but if one want to pay on line minimum payment on line is $ 5.
second option is to pay $ 100 annually .
If customer pay by calling on customer service can he pay $ 2 ?

No the minimum refill is $5, and that's only good for 15 days.
$25 is good for 90 days.
That plan is gone. If you don't keep it filled, you will lose it.

Full refill list
$5 to $10 expires in 15 days. You must refill or the plan will expire and you cannot get it back.
$11 to $24 expires in 30 days.
$25 to $99 expires and 90 days.
$100 expires in 365 days
