Worst service ever!

This is the second time needing a tow and have been left hanging. The first time I waited for hours only to be left stranded. I ended up ordering my own tow and paid for it out of pocket. 
I am currently stranded and have been waiting for four hours. My original tow never showed so it was cancelled and a new tow ordered. Keeping my fingers crossed. It is also costing me $190 out of pocket.
AT&T roadside service is definitely not worth it. I will absolutely be canceling this service and just spend the money for a reliable roadside assistance program…AAA.
