Wireless Internet with At&T...help with COVID-19
I have wireless internet with AT&T. Can anyone tell me if that is included with the no data cap being offered for purposes of COVID-19? I have 2 kids having to use it for home as well as 2 adults needing to work from home. I saw something about fixed wireless with data caps but not this. I just read another post regarding the same thing im asking, in which the AT&T agent said that during this time all plans with data caps are being waived. However my conversation last night with a representative told me the opposite. She told me that the 100GB wireless home internet plan was not included after putting me on hold for a while. Could i please get clarification? This is very important to those of us with children at home who are being asked to join virtual classrooms and others who have jobs they already work at home for.
