Wireless Internet with At&T...help with COVID-19

I have wireless internet with AT&T. Can anyone tell me if that is included with the no data cap being offered for purposes of COVID-19? I have 2 kids having to use it for home as well as 2 adults needing to work from home. I saw something about fixed wireless with data caps but not this. I just read another post regarding the same thing im asking, in which the AT&T agent said that during this time all plans with data caps are being waived. However my conversation last night with a representative told me the opposite. She told me that the 100GB wireless home internet plan was not included after putting me on hold for a while. Could i please get clarification? This is very important to those of us with children at home who are being asked to join virtual classrooms and others who have jobs they already work at home for.

Hello @Judithlawton72,

We'd be more than happy to answer that question for you. If you're one of our eligible customers on a wireless internet plan with a data cap, we will waive domestic wireless usage fees associated with data overages that have been incurred on or after March 13th, 2020 because of economic hardships related to COVID-19. Once you've been billed for these data overage usage fees, you can contact us again to request that we issue an adjustment to waive those charges. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
