Why is my phone number not showing when the screen asks "LET'S MAKE SURE IT'S YOU from any PC or Mac
I have spent no less than 10 hours on the phone over 2 days of which 9.8 hours have been ON HOLD. One person trys to understand the problem, thin kicks the can down the road to someone else and I return on HOLD again for hours. I finally am told this needs to be resolved with the "Digital Access Center". They transfer me where I waited on HOLD for 3 hours and 20 minutes before someone answered, then asked me to hold for just a minute. The next thing I heard were 3 quick beeps and was disconnected.
The last Ref Number was L56667501. This is getting ridiculous. I'm beyond angry now - I just want it fixed.
