Whoops! something went wrong. (BEYOND FRUSTRATED)

Trying to sign up for secure family app and keep getting this error message. I read through and it looks like a LOT of people have had this same issue. My phone and everything is up to date. I have an iPhone 12

The error message you're receiving is currently being investigated. 


In the meantime please try the following to help with a resolution: 

  • Delete cache in the app. (Varies on phone, browser, or device operating system)
  • Uninstall and reinstall the app. 
    • Delete the Secure Family app from your smartphone or tablet. 
    • Install the app, then open it and try signing up again.
  • Restart your device. 
    • Open the Secure Family app after restarting your device.
    • Try signing up again.
