Whatsapp usage using international day pass.
My husband is in India and he took the international day pass for his device. He is able to make calls and send sms through the cellular service. However whatsapp is not working. Any help in this matter as to how to fix it is appreciated.

WhatsApp requires internet access via cellular data or WiFi. Is his cellular data working? Has he turned data roaming on?
