What happened to my HBO Max?
Really upset as I was convinced to switch my Unlimited Elite Plan to one of the more recent plans. I was told that the change would be seamless without issue. "I will not even notice a difference" Well...I did notice a difference. I no longer have HBO Max. I'm really thinking about switching to T mobile. I've been with AT&T since it was Cingular wireless. Yeah...early 2000's.

We are here to help with your HBO Max concerns, @derickmiles.
We do understand how important it is to have access to HBO Max.
Thank you to the ACE's for the help.
Although we no longer offer HBO Max, if you are still on any of our qualifying plans that do include HBO Max, you will keep the subscription for free as long as you do not make any changes to your plan. If any changes are made such as switching plans, we will not be able to apply your old plan back to your account.
We do understand how inconvenient this must be. We are happy to submit feedback on your behalf regarding your situation if you would like to proceed with that please let us know.
If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach back out.

The only reason ATT stopped offering Unlimited Elite and replaced it with Unlimited Premium was to get rid of HBO Max. Too bad you didn’t know that.

If you have TV service with HBO you may have access to HBO Max. Check link below to see if you qualify for free HBO Max. I receive HBO Max this way.
