Watch TV and HBO Go not working

I'm an unlimited Elite member and can't get Watch TV OR HBO go to login. Continue to get generic error messages about being unable to log me in at this time.

VERY frustrating and no threads with solutions to be found.

Anyone figure a way through this??

Hello, @Jobu100!

We understand your frustration over accessing your WATCHTV and HBO GO and we'd be glad to help look into it. You should've received a validation link sent in an invitation email or an AT&T free SMS welcome message after the Unlimited Elite plan has been processed. 

 

When you click on the link, it places you in an automated registration flow on myAT&T to set up your WatchTV account and redeem HBO.

 

Let us know how it went when you've followed the process or if you didn't receive the validation link.

I never received the validation email or link. I did get a text that said I have hbo and to sign into my account but nothing happens. Very frustrating!

I am having same issue. I upgraded to Elite 5 days ago and attwatchtv.com/verify was down for 2 days. Website works now but nothing happens I get same error.
