Voicemail not working, just busy signal

My voicemail has recently (within the last few weeks) stopped working. People that call me just get a busy signal or a prerecorded message saying "wireless customer is unavailable." I also cannot check the voicemail settings because I just get a busy signal when I dial my own number or *98.

  • What type of device do you have? 
  • What is the current plan that you are set up on?

Thank you, I've already resolved the issue. We recently changed our wireless plan and apparently we lost access to our voicemail in the process - thankfully after a call to customer service we were able to get it started up again!
