Upgrade line with promo

I have a line of service that is getting the buy one get one. There are two lines getting the discount. If one of the lines pays it off early and upgrades to the 12 will the other line lose its discount? Or continue to get its discount when the line i that it’s “married” to has a change in equipment.

if you pay off early you lose any further credits or discounts

That depends on the requirements of your BOGO promotion. Some promotions required both lines to stay on the installment plans. Some promotions only required the “buy one” line to maintain service meaning paying off that phone early was OK and you wouldn’t lose credits. Bottom line, no one here can say for sure. Paying off the “get one” phone definitely loses any remaining credits.
