Can someone please assist me? I don’t understand why my unlock request is still in progress?

This is mainly a forum of other customers. Unless ATTHelp happens to respond, no one else here can tell you why your request is still in progress. Did you receive and respond to the validation email?

Validation email said it came from an automated account and no one would respond. I cannot find a phone number to speak to an actual person.

But did you click the link in the email to validate the unlock request? If you didn’t do that, that’s why the request is still pending. You only have 24 hours to validate.

I did. It still just says “in-progress”.  If I try to resubmit the request, it says that one is already in process. It has been approximately a week. I own the phone (purchased through AT&T), no balance on my bill, had the phone for years.
