Unblock someone accidentally blocked

We'll be more than happy to help you unblock a number that you don't want blocked a_dalley.

There are a variety of ways a call may have been blocked. Via the phones app or AT&T’s Call Protect App. Below you will find information on how to unblock calls on the apps you may have. 

 
Unblock Numbers

The AT&T Call Protect App

1. Open the call protect app
2. Select the number you wish to unblock
3. Select Unblock

Apple

1. Go to settings and scroll to the phone icon
2. Go to Blocked Contacts
3. Select the number you wish to unblock

Android

1. Go to the Phone icon
2. Select the menu (3 vertical dots)
3. Settings then Blocked Numbers
4. Select the number you want to remove

3rd Party Apps

If you are using a 3rd party app, you’ll need to reach out to the app developer or find online instructions.
