Unable to access MIFI Liberate Manager on the web - att.mifiliberate/prefrences page
I have been unable to access the Mifiliberate Manager via the web, (att.mifiliberate/preferences or att.mifiliberate/hotspot) so I can mange my mifi liberate account. I receive an error stating the "DNS address could not be found or Safari can't find the server" after attempting on Google Chrome and Safari. In the past when I have reached the MifiLiberate Manager site, I have changed my ID, passwords etc, just to protect my security. Once I make the change and try to go back to the mang. page, I can no longer access the website again. The three successes I have had occurred onetime on my MAC PC, then next on my iPhone, and then on my work computer. I am running out of devices to try and access this page. I don't know if a link breaks once I reach this site, or, has my account been hacked and the hacker can create the aforementioned issue? I did speak with ATT in the past about my concern of the possibility that my account was hacked. They did ask if I had another email which I did not, and they deleted the information. No further discussion occurred regarding this. I also suspect that my account is being mirrored by another computer as some how as my data usage is high and I have had a suspect PC show up as a user. I have spoke with staff at the ATT store on Central Entrance in Duluth, MN and they do not have any idea why I cannot reach the mifi liberate manager access page. They also did not have any experience with this type of concern and they were not sure how to direct me. The ATT reps were very professional and kind, but there was no mention of doing an investigation or reporting it to a fraud department.
So here I am with no means of managing my mifi liberate account and I am not sure if my account is secure. Does anyone, especially ATT, have a solution for this?
Thank you, Cathy
