Trying to change my plan online
I am trying to change my plan from the 16GB plan to the 25GB plan. I first attempted it on my phone, on the app, but I keep getting the message: "Looks like we hit a rough patch, but we're working on it. Give us a moment and try again."
I then logged into the website on my desktop and attempted to update there, however I just keep receiving the same error message.

So I can provide the best assistance with this, please send me a private message @ATTCares with your make and model of device, account number, and full name. Additionally please clear the cache and cookies on your web browser, and then try to change your plan online again. I hope this helps!
