Trade in still in transit to AT&T
For the 700 off iPhone promotion, I traded in my Note9. It was delivered on November 25th but still showing as “In Transit to AT&T.” It’s been 5 days since it was delivered to AT&T. Is this normal? Or should I do something about it?

Hi @4caddit,
Thank you for reaching out. Let's offer some explanation to your inquiry.
If you returned your Note 9 with the trade-in kit that was provided after your iPhone was delivered, USPS will ship it to an intermediary AT&T agent, who will take it to the trade-in warehouse. This may take a couple of days. You can track the second process here.
When the warehouse receives your device, you will be duly notified and can expect your credits within 1-3 billing cycles in your bill.
We hope this was helpful and please let us know if you have further questions.
Doyin, AT&T Community Specialist.

The link to track the second process does not seem to work. Can you post a functioning one? I would really like to track my trade in!
Edit: Also I didn't use a trade-in kit. I sent it in with a shipping label. Does that use the same process?

Hi @4caddit,
Did you try the link on other browsers? The site may be down as we are having issues pulling it up as well. Keep trying the site and let us know when you are able to access it. You'll be able to track the secondary portion of the process from that site. If you are still having issues accessing the site after some time, reach back out to us here.
Thank you!

Hello, it’s been a while. Site’s still not functioning. Is there still a way to track? Thanks!
