TRADE IN PROGRAM not working
I made a trade in at a store back in Sep 2022; the phone was working perfectly fine and had not scratches or breaks. I was confirmed by the store that I qualified. I was able to see the status of the phone until October "Device Received and Processed" I needed an additional step: trade Completed and payment Sent". But after that I did not receive any messages or updates, I called back and I was told that my credit will take 2-3 billing periods, so I call back on January 2023 as I haven't seen any credit; then I was told that I did not qualified because of my plan!! how come! in the store they told me I did, so they made me to do an upgrade which I did not need it.; and again, I was asked to wait. I am calling again on April 13, 2023, and I been told my credit was 90 dollars because:
- the phone was burnt (lied)
- then because when they upgrade my plan in January, they did not change the date, so I was out of the grace period.
I sent a phone worth more than 600 USD, their trade program is a SCAM, give your phone to a family or friend in need. This company can not be trusted. I am moving my services wireless and internet to other carrier
