Ticket twosday

I'm attempting to use the ATT app ticket twosday feature but nothing is happening after I click 'buy tickets'. The screen stays blank. I've tried restarting my phone and re-installing the app. My software is up to date. How do I contact customer service about this issue?

Thanks for posting. We can definitely help you with the AT&T Thanks - Ticket Tuesday redemption process. Qualifying AT&T Wireless, TV an/or Internet accounts must be current, and in good standing to meet eligibility.

If you encounter the same problem next week redeeming in-app, please try redeeming by desktop browser, using to purchase your tickets.
