Ticket twosday is not working

Hi,

 

Last month i moved to ATT postpaid from go phone but i am unable to get access to ticket twosday. Even i raised support ticket but didnt help. this is my second week. Getting error "Looks like this access ID isn't eligible for AT&T THANKS." which is weird to me.
