ticket tuesdays not working
Hello. I noticed that the Ticket Tuesdays program now uses Fandango and since that change, my Ticket Tuesdays app does not work. After I select my theater, movie, time, and click Get Tickets, I am led to a blank screen. Therefore, there appears to be a lack of communication between the AT&T app and Fandango as I am not being led to where I can select seats or pay. I already uninstalled and reinstalled the AT&T Thanks app but that did not fix the issue. Please help. Thank you!

Hello,
I am also having the same issue as @mightkj and have tried the same attempts at resolving it.
My screen follows through to showtimes, but does not allow me to change the date and always changes over to a Wednesday.
Please help! Thank you.

I am having the same issue. I cannot apply the discount. I have the tuesday movie schedule selected but when fandango gets the movie it selects a wednesday showing and says I cannot apply the discount because it isn't a tuesday movie that is selected. I cannot change the date even though I selected a movie time from the tuesday movie selection.

Posted screen shots of the movie selection and then the resulting screen that fandango pulls up. As you can see I selected a tuesday 10:30 pm showing and it comes up with a Wednesday 10:30pm result. Is it possible to fix this issue as I want to take advantage of this promotion. Or is this a method to prevent ATT and customers from using the promotion?

I am having the exact same problem. This is so frustrating. It worked perfectly with movietimes.com and now I had to pay for my tickets without the deal last night. I'm very disappointed and would like someone to contact me on either reimbursement or information on how to make the app work. I am now not even able to select a theatre. Yesterday, I was able to at least get onto the fandango site only I couldn't select a movie.

I am having the same problem. The Fandango app changes the date to Wed and shows the error just like the screenshot above

Add one more person having the Wednesday problem. Very frustrating. But at least I am not alone. Can we go back to it going straight to the Cinemark purchase screen? At least it worked then.

Yep, I'm having the same Wednesday issue. I will be paying for both tickets I suppose and calling customer service for a refund on my bill or something. If they advertise a deal AT&T is usually pretty good about honoring it. I'm sure this is just a glitch.

Still not fixed, Fandango directs you to AT&T, then AT&T directs you to Fandango .Rediculas!!

I was on the phone woth your representative who was more than helpful, but couldn't resolve the issue, for 32 minutes.

I was able to use TickIT Twosdays (to see IT Chapter 2) but have not been able to use Ticket Twosdays for the past two weeks. I even reinstalled the app. Specifically, I pick my movie, theater, and time, and click Get Tickets, and am led to a blank screen. Clearly, there is a link missing form AT&T Thanks to Fandango to buy the tickets. Please help AT&T Thanks.

I also have been trying for days to order tickects but encountered a blank screen on app...but I went to att.com and clicked on rewards in menue which took me to a screen where I was able to purchase the tuckets..the app does not work.
