The lack of competent customer support is criminal

I have been trying to change my plans on TV, Wireless and Internet for months. I can't get any help from anyone on the phone or online to fix it. I am being charged for all kinds of things I don't have or use even though I made it all painstaking clear to them but I am being charged $383 for what was supposed to be less than $240 a month after the promotion expired and yet the promotion was still never applied ... I can get an agent on the line to add service features and increase my bill NO PROBLEM but anything else AT&T keeps you on hold for hours, drops your call, says they will transfer and hang up or give you another number that you just got done talking to on and THEY said to call the other number. Nice shell game. After 25+ years as a business and personal client there is not one iota of gratitude for being a paying customer, ONLY CONTEMPT.

Please help make the fixes so I don't have to go through the hassle switching, I'm giving it until my next due date in April then goodbye ATT

This forum is not customer support. No one here has access to your account. Most plan changes can be done online, have you tried that?  In any event, if calls aren’t getting results, escalate to corporate by filing an FCC or BBB complaint.
