Thanks App

Every time I attempt to sign on I get an error message. I have called customer service and was transferred numerous times and I could not get anyone who that can fix this error.  I get the following message:  Uh oh.  An error has occurred. Please check back later.

Welcome to the Community Forums! I am sorry to hear the issue of logging in to the AT&T THANKS App was not resolved after contacting Customer Support. We definitely understand the benefits of being able to access the rewards on the go! I would be more than happy to provide more information!

The beginning troubleshooting steps will include app troubleshooting from the device, or attempting to access the account directly from the AT&T THANKS portal. Are you experiencing issues logging in on a computer? If so, this could indicate an account issue needing to be addressed by customer support.

If you are only experiencing issues with accessing the application, we have a couple steps we can take to ensure the device is set up correctly. First, you can update the app to the newest software version through the App Store. Next, you can uninstall and reinstall the application, and attempt sign in.

For further problems, please access our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool. This will take you through a specialized flow for the issue and determine if any recognizable device or account issues are present.
