It’s been going on for about a month now. I stopped using the app and checked my usage on the website which was faster. The whole layout has even changed.
Why won’t at&t answer why we can’t add nicknames? So very frustrating!

You can add or change nick names on your call log if you sign in on an actual computer. Not your phone Brower or the AT&T app
