switching from tmobile
i still owe about 200$ on my iphone 11 pro max, however it is in perfect condition. if i were to switch to at&t someone told me that you might pay off my tmobile bill and trasnfer service to at&t. is this something you guys are offering right now?

No, there is no switch offer currently. There hasn’t been one for a couple of years. You can trade that iPhone 11 in for an $800 credit on an iPhone 12, though.
