Starz selected as premium channel to be included with my wireless service but can't sign in

I have Starz selected as premium channel included with my wireless service but I can't sign in.  When I go to the Starz website and try to log in, I have the option to click on log in using TV provider and select AT&T. When I do that, it won't work using my AT&T credentials. Am I doing this wrong? How can I get it to work?

To better assist, we want to know if you have only wireless service with AT&T or you have other services in addition to wireless. Also let us know if they are bundles or separate.

Hi Doyin, thank you. I have wireless service with AT&T with Starz as premium channel. I also have AT&T high speed internet with HBO Max included. I don't think it's a bundle, however the wireless & high speed internet have been combined so it's 1 bill. Thank you so much for any help!

What browser are you using to log in to the Starz website?

 

Here are some suggestions that we recommend that you try, because they will help with logging in:

 

  • Clearing the cache and cookies on your browser will get rid of anything that is affecting the website to load properly
  • Resetting the password may resync your account and this will help you get back in.
