Soon to be ex AT&T customer
I am posting this as I am so disappointed with AT&T. I have been an AT&T wireless customer for over 30 years plus have had internet, TV and a separate hot spot account for several years. I have been overpaying for services and have spent over 5 hours of my life on the phone with service reps in the last few weeks who have all agreed and offered "new services" at rates that any existing customer can get. It does not matter if you have been a customer for 3 months or 30 years. That AT&T promotes their appreciation to loyalty has become an insult. I will be shopping for new providers and moving my services.
