Smoker's Breath and ATT store representative
Today i went to AT&T store( 3952 Morse Crossing, Columbus, OH 43219 ) for my device payment. one of the representative welcomed me and asked about the issue but suddenly felt nausea cause i smell cigarette from that representative's breath. After completion of service we shook hands and my hand also smell like cigarette. My question is, how At&T maintain their representatives cleanliness and hygiene? After going outside take the fresh air and called the store(614-478-7944) and asked to talk with manager. but, the representative who picked the phone said that manager is not in the store. She asked me the reason for calling and i explain the cigarette breath issue. She asked me the representative's name but i told her that i am not going to say the name but please inform this issue to your manager so that manager can brief the team about personal hygiene. but, i am not sure whether the representative deliver the message to manager or not. but, thought that lets write it to AT&T community to explain the issue.
As a customer of AT&T are we not allowed to get a clean/ hygienic service from the representatives? Also, really feeling down when treated like that from a service store 😞
