We have signed up twice and since sept 13 we have talk to 6 different reps 5 said it just takes time they see it one the account just hasn't been applied yet. 6 th rep says we don't qualify. I had it pulled on my phone saying we are Eligible for it. As the rep said we can't get it. How ridiculous. Definitely letting the company i work for know att isn't not honoring the program like they said. Tired of being bounced around with lies. Been along time customer but this is making us want to change maybe convince the company to as well.
Yes I did save all the conversation I had with all the reps.
How do we get the reps to help honestly and not have such an issue with the signature discount. If it says eligible then you should be instantly not have to wait over 3 months and fight to get it. If you are not eligible then it needs to tell you that and not have you sign up for it and confirm it all with a confirmation email from att and wait over 3 plus month with many calls and long wait time over 15 minutes just to have the run around.
