Secure Family location accuracy

Secure Family insists that my wife is at our house in North Carolina. However, she has been visiting our son in Philadelphia for several days.  I do believe the application should be able to determine location to closer than 500 miles.  And I'm paying to know my wife's location to within 500 miles?  This thing is much worse than its predecessor.

Thank you for reaching out to us today. Regarding your wife's location, we'd suggest making sure that she has location turned off on her phone. Without that, Secure Family cannot function. If it is on, make sure that the companion app is installed on her phone and paired with yours. Hope this helps!

I just installed AT&T secure family and I get locations for my daughter that says within 1,000 + yards. That is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I have used other apps in the past that I've been able to locate by walking, like within a theme park. If you expect your customers to pay a premium for that imprecise service you really need to improve it drastically.
