Reward Card Doesn't Work

I received 2 Rewards Cards a few weeks back for Internet and Wireless services. Lo and behold, they don't work anywhere! And yes, before your silly bot asks if I've activated them and checked my balance, the answer is "yes" to both. I have called the "help" line twice, and both times the "system" was mysteriously down. This is straight-up fraud. I am not the only one. There are tons of negative feedback regarding these worthless cards. Sounds like it might be time to get some legal advice...

As usual, you didn't bother reading my comment. I DID call that number TWICE, and both times, "the system" was conveniently "down."

The expiration of both cards is 04/24.

People at AT&T must think ALL their customers are total (Edited per community guidelines). Here are some of the questions they ask:

1) Did you activate your card?

2) Did you check your balance? In other words, (do you have any money left on the card)?

3) Did you loan your card to someone else?

The cards are NOT accepted everywhere VISA is. That simply isn't true, and personally, this whole thing reeks of fraud.

The cards definitely ARE NOT accepted everywhere in the USA where VISA is. My card is activated with $150, and it was declined at Barnes & Noble for a $25 purchase.

I have had the same issue, I called in they said it wasn’t anything wrong and to keep trying. Then the rep slipped up and said try an AT&T store lol. I tried for 20 at a Walmart and Target and both declined. I went into the AT&T store and tried to buy accessories and guess what! The cards mysteriously worked (Edited per community guidelines). At&t is frauding customers for sure. This is ridiculous, just give people AT&T gift cards at this point instead of lying to them.

I tried to use the $100 on coachoutlet.com….did not work. I tried to use it on my water bill….did not work. I had used the $50 reward card at popeye’s restaurant and at a website and it worked. I have remaining balance of $14. Why say you can use the card where they accept visa when it doesn’t. Only selected places but why?

I’m hoping to use the $100 on my AT&T bill with no problems. I want to use it before it expires, which is not until June 2024. Wish me luck 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
