Replace damaged phone under warranty
This is a business account phone that is under warranty... It's a nightmare to get help on how to get a replacement ordered. Does anyone know if you can just take the phone into an AT&T store and have it replaced? help

no you cant and damage isnt covered under warranty warranty only covers manufacturer defects

We pay monthly for insurance on each phone in our company. So how do I get a replacement phone for a defective phone? I'm so frustrated...

Insurance is insurance. Warranty is warranty. Different things. You initially said "warranty." As this is a business account, I would recommend that you post these questions on the AT&T Business Forums for advice relevant to you, vs a regular consumer account.

insurance is provided by assurion not at&t. at&t just processes your payments, like any other insurance you will be required to pay a deductible and arrurion provides refurbished phones not new phones on insurance claims, my deductible was 250 dollars for a 4 year old iphone 8 plus

Thank you for the advice and responses... I'm not an AT&T employee and I didn't know there was another Forum that I should have initially directed my question to. I posted here because it said Community and I wanted the Community's advice. Thank you all.
