Removing a device

I want to remove a device from my account.

Just to clarify, you want to cancel service on one of the devices on your account.

First please look at your bill so that you know the phone number connected with that device. Then you are going to call AT&T and cancel that phone number/line of service.

While you were looking at the bill you should be able to see whether that device is under a contract, or installments. If there is a 2-year contract or installments the balance will be billed on your next bill.
