Powerbeats Pro Black
I purchased black wireless beats pro's from an att store about a wk ago. I would liek to exchange then for blue yet no store seems to have them. I have called and have been advised to go in store yet instore advises me to call customer service. I have went on twitter and received automated responses. I just want to exchange the unopened black headphones for blue and be able to utilize the installment plan. I dont think an even exchange should take this much of my time and energy. Can some please point me in the right direction?
