Please accept these loyalty gifts - Fraud?

I received the above text thanking me for my May payment and offering loyalty rewards. Nothing suspicious here so I proceed to the survey. (Also nothing unusual about an AT&T survey as a pop window requesting I complete an AT&T survey when I am finished with this post had to be answered before I could proceed here)I just want to know, why did you promise me an Apple Watch 7 series then on the redemption page show a Platinum Ultra Smartwatch? It's bait and switch and I took the time to complete your survey because I am very happy with AT&T. I've been a customer over 20 years. Why would you risk upsetting a lifelong customer like this? How am I supposed to trust you? Either you are in on this, it certainly looks like it came from AT&T and I know you have a loyalty program and I know you like surveys, Or there has been a terrible breach at AT&T. Please respond to my concern. I have given AT&T permission to contact me through text messaging NOT SCAMMERS pretending to be AT&T.

It’s not from ATT. It’s a scam and no ATT isn’t in on it. The scammers are very good at making those texts look legitimate.
