Philippino Rep Kathleen Jewel

Howdy all, I have be dealing with AT&T for approx 10 years now and until last night I have never met a more professional, kind and polite Rep before til I met Ms. Kathleen Jewel. She works at the Philippines Call Center (I always ask). She answered my call (for reference I was adding 2 lines to my plan) with such an great attitude it started off the conversation and interaction pleasantly.

The next 52 minutes of conversation is very delightful, I had not one single issue nor for the first time ever, when dealing with AT&T, I could understanding her perfectly.  I know some people including myself have had issues with the language barrier in the past but not this time. She spoke English very well.
  
Ms. Kathleen was very professional, polite and kind as well. So if you ever have to call in to the service dept and you get the Philippines office I hope you get to speak with her to help you out with your issues!

I REALLY hope she gets to read this and most importantly AT&T Customer Service management see this "review" as well, she was fantastic and the PERFECTLY employee model for AT&T. She herself should be in management and employee instructor!

--Would this be technical? In which case you can check out our troubleshoot and resolve tool which will guide you on an easy path to great tutorials.

 

--Would this be billing? New lines can have higher bills due to proration charges and discounts that can take a few billing cycles to kick in.
