I have recently switched to prepaid. I am on the 2 dollar plan. My online access when im in the system has errors for multiple pages. If i try to change rate plans it says error. If i want to add the data package it give me a error. If i want to read about my package it gives me a error. It always say experiencing issues. I have tried from different computers to mobile devices. Nothing works please fix.

Sounds like a job for support.  Call 611 from your phone
