Order status

I checked my order status because I switched to AT&T yesterday & I’m waiting for my SIM card in the mail, but when I go to “check order status” it still only says we’re working on your order . Do you know if it was completed & how long it’ll take for me to receive it in the mail

It's a pleasure to hear that you've decided to come over to AT&T! We understand the importance of wanting to know when your order will come.

 

Usually when an order is placed, you'll be provided a status such as one of the following: Cancelled, Buy Online Pickup in Store, In Progress, Order Open, Partially Shipped, Pending and Shipped.

 

We'd advised you to check your Order Status periodically to see if there has been any changes made. If this isn't the case feel free to reach back out.
