I wish it was that easy. Everything is already set correctly on those settings. This is much deeper than that. Thank you anyway.

Thanks for keeping us updated, @ericisrael42.
Is this happening on certain models of phones, or only for certain numbers? Whenever you update your caller ID, people you've called may need to erase your number from their call history in order for the change to go into effect.
Additionally, if somebody has your number and name saved into their contacts, your caller ID won't display. It also won't show up if the phone itself doesn't support caller ID. We recommend you try changing your caller ID again, and then sign out and sign back in for it to go into effect.
Please let us know if this helps.

I met someone last night at a restaurant who I use to work with 11 years ago and who never had my number in his phone. We decided to exchange numbers. He said his number out loud and I called it. We were standing next to each other. His phone started ringing and my old company (from 11 years ago) came up on his phone. He asked me "is this your company". I said no, I use to work their 11 years ago.

Thank you for letting us know, @ericisrael42.
We can see above that we provided you with the steps to update your caller ID settings. This should resolve the problem. Once this is done, it can take up to 72 hours for the change to take effect.
Let us know if this works.

Nothing to update as everything is already set correctly. As I stated 4 posts up, this is MUCH deeper than that. Thank you for trying.

Did you port your number from another provider to us?
Also, are you noticing customers from Verizon or T-Mobi;e showing the wrong caller ID while AT&T customers are correct?

Hi ericisrael42!
Usually when a new wireless number that is not logged into the recipient's phone is received that number is shown as unknown until the recipient saves and updates the information in their phone's address book.
Since the information in your account is correct, then it's up to the recipient's provider to provide the name. When changing from AT&T Business account, Caller Name (CNAM) should be active within 7 to 14 business days.
Depending on how fast the National Registry is able to update your submitted request, it may take longer before your Caller ID Name will appear along with your Caller ID Number.
Reach back out and let us know so that we can provide support.
