No Spotify

Have been told for the last few months they were escalating the issue, to give them 5-7 days at least 8 times, have done hard resets nothing has worked!! All agents must have the same prerecorded statements they use because I can predict everything they are going to tell me before they do it!! Just tell us we can’t have Spotify!!!

Of course you can have Spotify. However if you are asking to have Spotify as a free service through AT&T, it was an option for unlimited and more premium customers. Are you an unlimited and more premium subscriber? Are you using your primary phone number to sign up for Spotify?

yes of course I have the correct plan otherwise all of these agents wouldn’t have been helping me. The problem is when I go to activate Spotify nothing happens it’s supposed to take you to Spotify.

I’m not too familiar with the way the settings on this forum works. Does anyone know how to communicate with a member privately? I want to give advice to km3 preferably by email but I don’t want to put my personal email out there for everyone.
