MAX Can’t Verify Subscription - AT&T Unlimited & More Premium

I cannot verify my subscription on Max using any instructions provided. There is no Activate Max or Start Watching tile. myAT&T continues to state that I have access to Max with my AT&T Unlimited & More Premium plan.

Would appreciate a DM so we can get this resolved quickly!
