Managing caller ID details

I have used this feature in the past but now it will only allow me to update the name and email for the primary number. I am in the correct screen and selecting the number I wish to edit but the system loads the first number only. I have tried within the app, on mobile with safari and chrome and desktop as well. Anyone else have a trick to update one of the other numbers?
