Insurance scam. Paying for insurance. Have a cracked screen. Was told att doesn't have part. Can only replace for 200.ded. Instead of 29.ded.

AT&T has absolutely nothing to do with it. You are dealing with Asurion, who is the insurance carrier for all mobile companies. If you read the AT&T insurance website, it tells you that cracked screen replacement is subject to availability of the parts. It specifically says that new devices may not be covered.

I spoke to Adrian and they said att supplies part and do not have them available. I read the pamphlet and it does not say that

I am telling u what addition said. U buy the insurance, they send a pamphlet with coverage and deductibles. When I need it, not avail. Really. Your suggestion is to read fine print on website. So much help. Not
